Corey Dee doesn’t like to refer to himself as just a personal trainer. His unique approach to helping people improve their health goes beyond typical personal training. “Im a proactive problem solver. I don’t believe in simply going through the motions. If you’re having trouble reaching your goal, we’ll work together to address the reasons why, and solve the problem. There is so much confusion out there about what really works, and many claims of ‘personal fitness programs’ that aren’t really personal at all. My approach varies according to who I’m working with and what their expectations are. I believe fitness programs are not personal unless you take a genuine interest in the person you are training and are flexible enough to change the plan when necessary.”
